The committee of the Northampton Radio Club has arranged an Extraordinary General Meeting for 26th February 2007- see below:

The existing Constitution and Rules for the Club have not been altered since the early 1990s, and it was considered important to revise and modernise this document for the 21st Century.  Much committee time has been spent on the revised document and you can see it displayed in the club room throughout the month of February.  Please come and read the new document and attend the EGM on the 26th.  It is anticipated that the EGM will last no longer than 10 minutes, as there will be only a vote to either accept or reject the document.  If the document is considered unacceptable to the majority, it will go back to the committee for further revision.

If you have any comments to make about the document, plese advise John Cockrill G4CZB in writing before 26th February 2007.

Please make every effort to attend the EGM as your vote is important.
